Inside Park And Raphael: Kalex’s Sell-Out Collaboration – The Urban Developer
The complete sell out of Melbourne developer, Kalex’s latest project, Park and Raphael, has solidified the team in the local market.
The series of 19 luxury townhouses, ranging from 150 to 220 square metres, have completely sold out for between $875,000 to $1.35 million each.
